to a small porch which leads to the inner hallway. The accommodation is light and makes
the most of the views with double glazed windows.
The well equipped kitchen has fitted oven, additional microwave, dishwasher,
fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. There is a cloakroom with w/c and basin off the hallway and a
bathroom w/c with basin and shower over the bath.
From the sitting/dining room, patio doors open to a fenced terrace, with garden
furniture, that runs the width of the bungalow, a natural place to enjoy the
views and the
sun.
At the further end of the terrace a small garden room/conservatory provides storage for
garden furniture and wet beach gear.
Below the terrace a steep flight of steps leads down
to a fenced but pleasantly open grassy garden.
 There are three bedrooms, a double and two with twin beds. All beds are supplied with
pillows and duvets, and extra blankets are available if required, Sheets, pillow-cases and duvet-covers are
provided.
From the main bedroom, a French window leads onto a small balcony
overlooking the old village & harbour.
At the further end of the terrace a small garden room/conservatory provides storage for
garden furniture and wet beach gear. Below the terrace a steep flight of steps leads down
to a fenced but pleasantly open grassy garden.
Parking is available on the drive and on the roadside.
Electricity and heating are inclusive and the property has a payphone.
